With a career spanning several decades, he has appeared in popular films like Welcome, Jodi No.1, and Kyaa Kool Hai Hum. he made headlines after being reportedly kidnapped in Uttar Pradesh during an event, where he was detained and forced to pay ransom before escaping safely.
A case of kidnapping of film actor Mushtaq Khan has come to light. Film actor Mushtaq Khan was kidnapped from Delhi-Meerut Highway on November 20. He was coming to an event program in Meerut, when he was kidnapped from a cab. In the complaint given to the police, it has been reported that money was also forcibly withdrawn from the artist’s mobile after the kidnapping.
Event manager lodged complaint
Actually, Bijnor Thana Kotwali city police has registered a case on the complaint of actor Mushtaq Khan’s event manager. According to the police, actor Mushtaq Khan was invited by a person named Rahul Saini, a resident of Meerut, to an event to honor senior people.
Recovery after kidnapping
After the kidnapping, the kidnappers demanded ransom from him and took him to Bijnor and forcibly collected money from the artist. During this, he was tortured a lot. However, somehow the actor freed himself from the clutches of the miscreants and escaped from there.
Now in this case, the actor’s manager Shivam Yadav has reached Bijnor today and lodged a complaint of kidnapping in the city Kotwali police station. However, the police has now started investigating this incident.
Mushtaq Khan was kidnapped from Meerut
The news of the kidnapping of Mushtaq Khan, who has worked in the films Welcome and Stree 2, came to light on Tuesday evening. Regarding this case, Bijnor Police has registered a case against the kidnappers and started investigation.
Let us tell you that the actor’s team has now told this shocking information to the media in which they have revealed that Mushtaq was called for an award show in Meerut and as soon as he sat in the car, he was taken to a deserted place and kidnapped.
Rs 1 crore ransom was demanded
Mushtaq Khan’s manager Shivam Yadav talked to India Today and told that the actor had to go through a very bad phase, this day was the worst day of his life.
Talking about this, Shivan said that ‘Mushtaq had gone to attend an award show in Meerut and as soon as he sat in the car, he was taken away from the Delhi-Meeran highway and he was taken to a place where there was no one and he was held hostage for about 12 hours.
Mushtaq Khan was asked to pay a ransom of Rs 1 crore but somehow he managed to withdraw only Rs 2 lakh from the actor’s son’s account.
