On Thursday, Devoleena Bhattacharjee took to Instagram to announce the birth of her son. The actress shared a video, “Thrilled to announce the arrival of our son on 18th December.” The caption of the video read, “Namaste Duniya! Our little angel has arrived…18/12/2024 (sic).” Her industry friends and fans congratulated the couple on their new beginning as parents.
In June, Devoleena Bhattacharjee reacted to her pregnancy rumours, saying, “Many people have been messaging me about my pregnancy for a long time, making news about it. I am sure I will share such news myself whenever I feel like sharing it with you all.
For now, please do not bother me.” However, she later announced her pregnancy on August 15, announcing the pregnancy in a heartwarming post, along with pictures of the panchamrit ritual often performed by pregnant women.

Devoleena had a court marriage with her boyfriend Shehnaaz Shaikh in December 2022 in Lonavala, which was attended by only close friends. However, the actor faced criticism for her marriage, with trolls questioning her decision to have an inter-religious marriage.
